If any of you facing the issue with Remote Control and Remote Assistance using SCCM 2012 SP1 console and If any of you facing the following two scenarios as shown in figure 1.0 and figure 2.0 then do the following steps as I explain.
To overcome the above issues you have to Enable the Remote assistance group policy in your domain controller.
1- Go to Group Policy feature and create a new policy or Edit the existing policy.
2- Then Under Computer Configuration expand the Administrative Template Policy Definition and select System as follows.
3- Then Select the Remote Assistance policy and configure the “Configure Offer Remote Assistance” and Enable the Policy.
4- Then Go to SHOW tab and add the SCCM service account in to helpers group and link the policy to OUs which you want to apply this policy.
